Learn what competition is all about and learn from a champion!
Day 1 will be coffee selection and analysis. Discussing coffee profiles and how to select the best coffee for competition. Then roasting and development for competition.
Day 2 will be cupping and profiling the coffees from the precious day. Discussing what profiles are best per the competition score sheet.
Day 3 will be competition routine and presentation development. Workflower efficiency and stage management, set up, backstage preperation and practice. Working into coffee tasting and discussing flavor interpretation on serving and flavor notes compete with judging.
