12.50

- 225 grams of a blend of Honduran and Mexican beans with notes of caramel and chocolate and a smooth and creamy mouth feel

-Decaf Process: Swiss water proces begins by soaking a batch of beans in very hot water in order to disolve the caffeine. The water is then drawn off and passed throufh an acivated charcoal filter. The porosity of this filter is sized to only capture the pass through it. Consequently we end up with beans beans with no caffeine and no flavor in one tank and caffeine free flavor charged water in another tank. The flavorless caffeine free beans are then discarded, but the flavor rich water is reused to remove caffeine from a fresh batch of coffee beans. Since the water already is saturated with flavor, the flavor in this batch can't dissolve; only caffeine moves from the coffee beans to the water. So the result is decaffeination without massive loss of flavor.
