Job Description

Are you someone who loves coffee and tea and has a knack for fixing things? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Coffee and Tea Equipment Technician. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills to repair coffee and tea equipment, ensuring our clients to enjoy the perfect cup every time. Key Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair coffee and tea equipment.

• Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Assist in the maintenance and servicing of coffee and tea machines.

• Develop technical skills and knowledge through on-the-job training.

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your primary duties will include preparing espresso drinks, brewing coffee, maintaining cleanliness in the coffee preparation area, and engaging with customers to ensure an enjoyable experience. Additionally, you will handle cash transactions, restock inventory, and contribute to the overall ambiance of the coffee shop.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Proficiency in operating espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.

Strong knowledge of various coffee beans, brewing techniques, and drink recipes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.

A keen attention to detail to ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
