Devin O’Malley’s roots in the coffee industry began early, working alongside her father, Patrick, at age 12, serving coffee to car auctioneers at Espresso Italia booths.
In 2015, she earned her SCA Barista and Sensory certifications through IBCA and went on to work in a variety of restaurants and bars throughout Tucson, Arizona, and Austin, Texas.

In 2021, Devin returned to Arizona to join the family business once again. As Director of Operations at Infusion, she brings together her experience in coffee, hospitality, and flavor development, with a particular passion for creating seasonal menus and house-made concoctions.

Her most recent project is Tír na nÓg (Land of Eternal Youth), a specialty tea line developed under the Infusion name. Inspired by Devin and Patrick’s Irish heritage, the collection features seven wellness-focused teas, each with its own inspiration and story, including one that honors an ancestor of their family line.
