Whether your perfect idea of team bonding is creating latte art together or you just love coffee and that is cause for celebration, we offer the following classes on our public events calendar and for private bookings. Together, we can create an unforgettable coffee experience! Minimums of each are 3 persons, max is 6.
HOME BARISTA
This fun and informative event covers the basics of espresso, coffee, machines and grinders, proper grind adjustment techniques, and how to pull shots. You will learn milk texturing techniques for basic cappuccino and latte applications. Finally, we will review proper equipment maintenance and cleaning. You will leave this class with a nice set of home barista skills!
LATTE ART
Come learn latte art basics from our experienced baristas! If you want to impress with more than just the taste of your coffee, come learn the art of latte art. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge to make any latte art design by etching or free pouring. The skills you leave with will set you up to perfect your latte art with regular practice!
HOME ROASTING
If you’ve ever wanted to roast your own coffee at home, this event will teach you everything to get started. We cover the basics of green coffee, coffee picking, milling and processing styles, grading, terminology, coffee origins, and where to buy home roasting machines. You’ll leave with a wealth of knowledge on roasting culture, and you will even have the chance to roast a few batches of coffee on the sample roaster to take home and enjoy!
HOME BREWING
Home Brewing is the ultimate primer on taking a good roast of Infusion Coffee and making sure it still tastes good after you brew it! You will learn the basics of a range of home brewing options including French press, Pour Over, Chemex, and filter coffee. Finally, we will review proper equipment maintenance and cleaning. You will leave this event with a good knowledge of your home coffee brewing options!
PUBLIC CUPPING
Want to know more about coffee and why it tastes the way it does? Dive into the world of cupping at Infusion as we take you on the journey of the coffee from seed to cup. Our interactive course will help you to distinguish the differences in each coffee and learn exactly how and why each coffee tastes differently.
