It began with aging our Burundi coffee beans in a bourbon barrel, we left it for 45 days and magic happened.

 The barrels are kindly donated from local breweries, distilleries, and wineries including:Four Peaks bourbon barrels — the O.G. Bourbon Barrel Burundi (aka BBB)
OHSO bourbon, rum, tequila, and cognac barrels. Adventuras Distillery agave barrels. Rune Winery white and red wine barrels.
