Private Events & Café Buyouts

Host your next gathering with us in a warm, welcoming café setting. Whether you’re planning a team meeting, birthday celebration, networking event, or casual get-together, we offer flexible private event options at both our Tempe and North Phoenix locations.

Private Event Details

• Minimum Spend: $405 food & beverage minimum
  (approximately $13.50 per guest for up to 30 guests)

• Event Length: Up to 3 hours

• Gratuity: 20% automatic gratuity added to final bill

Available Spaces

• Tempe Location: Private back room with a view of our coffee roaster
  Available Monday–Thursday outside of peak rush periods

• North Phoenix Location: Full café buyout available any day
  Includes access to the full interior space and menu

How It Works

To keep service smooth and flexible for your guests, we offer two payment options:

• Guests may order individually throughout the event on one open tab, or

• Orders can be grouped under a party name and combined into a single final ticket

A card is required at the start of the event to hold the reservation. Any remaining balance needed to meet the minimum spend will be settled at the close of the event.

Weekend & Special Accommodations

While private events are typically limited during busy weekend hours, we may be able to accommodate select Friday events with adjusted service options. Reach out to discuss availability and customized setups.

• 5-Gallon Cambro Coffee Service – $118 each
  Great for large groups. Available with hot drip coffee or tea.
  (Security deposit required for equipment return.)

• 96oz Hot Drip Coffee Tote – $21 each

• 64oz Growlers Cold Brew/Nitro-$23/25
